Please read before you book

How to book

  1. 01Enquiry (bookings open 3 months ahead)
  2. 02Submit the application form (within 1 week of acceptance, or the booking is cancelled)
  3. 03Detailed planning and viewing
  4. 04Quote and provisional booking (rental approval and invoice issued)
  5. 05Contract (once your payment is confirmed)
  6. 06Clear-out and move-out (restore the room)

Important points

  • The fee is paid in full in advance, within 10 days of the invoice. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the booking is cancelled.
  • We may decline a booking following our review.
  • Cancellation fees: free up to 2 weeks before / 20% of the total from 2 weeks to the day before the 1-week mark / 50% from 1 week to the day before / 100% on the day
  • Hours of use are flexible. Please contact us for details. Extensions are ¥10,000 per hour (excl. tax).
  • ※ Prices shown are for reference. The actual fee is decided through consultation.
  • You clear up and restore the room, and take all rubbish with you. Damage to facilities or equipment is charged at cost.
  • Please consult us in advance about standing receptions, calligraphy sessions, demonstrations and similar events.
  • There is no parking at the hall. Please use public transport.

Photography

from ¥30,000

A professional photographer shoots for 3 hours (200 photos, 20 retouched). Files can be handed over on the day.

Video

from ¥50,000

3 hours of filming; files on the day. Editing is available separately.

Live streaming

from ¥300,000

LED display, cameras and streaming staff, in 2-hour, 4-hour or 6-hour plans. Sound and lighting staff can be arranged.

Coverage & articles

from ¥30,000

A writer covers your event: Chinese ¥30,000 (Lüri Qiaowang, WeChat, Nihon Toutiao, etc.) / Japanese ¥250,000 per page (Waka, Tagen News, etc.). PR articles from ¥500,000.

Flyers & posters

from ¥30,000

Design of flyers, posters and brochures for your event. Printing is charged separately.

Promotion & operations

On request

PR support towards your attendance goals, and advice from planning to the event day.
